I plan and assess infrastructure projects in road and utility construction with a focus on CO₂ accounting, life cycle assessment (LCA) and BIM-based planning and decision processes.

I make sure that planning and investment decisions across the entire life cycle of infrastructure projects are based on robust, traceable and comparable foundations.

Core competence

I carry out the technical assessment of infrastructure projects for public and private clients, from early condition and feasibility analyses through option comparisons to rehabilitation and development concepts.

Ecological, technical and economic impacts are analysed systematically and translated into a traceable basis for decisions.

My work is built on these core elements:

• CO₂ accounting and life cycle assessment (LCA)
• Greenhouse gas and ESG assessments
• BIM-based analyses and model-based decision support

Role & approach

Building on my experience in classic civil engineering and my specialisation in CO₂ accounting, BIM and data-driven, AI-supported analysis and assessment methods, I connect engineering design with systematic evaluation.

This way, the impacts of infrastructure projects are mapped in a structured manner and technical complexity is turned into traceable, robust decision foundations, taking into account CO₂ impact, life cycle costs, technical feasibility and long-term economic viability.

My work is aimed in particular at municipalities, public clients and project stakeholders who look for sustainable solutions, are not afraid of complexity, and expect transparency and traceability.

With InfraCarbon I am also developing my own software for CO₂ accounting in civil engineering.
